As a former military commander with a background in military aviation, I built my career in environments where clarity under pressure was non-negotiable, and hesitation had a cost. Today, I apply that same discipline to executive governance and performance risk.

I assess internal power structures, cognitive blind spots under authority, and structural vulnerabilities that quietly erode stability at the top — and help leaders address them directly.
